The Winter Antiques Show at the historic Park Avenue Armory opens on January 24 this year, and it will be open until 8 pm each day through February 2. However, the exhibit is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. Located only about 2 and a half miles from the Broadway Plaza Hotel, the Park Avenue Armory building is itself a beautiful sight to behold. Throughout the event, there will be an unbelievable mix ranging from Ancient Egyptian antiques to Colonial American works and even modern marvels from all over the world. There will be an opening night party on January 23, and Young Collectors Night is January 30, but any day is a good day to take in the majesty of works from the Austrian Empire, Ancient Greece, and everywhere in between.
