I work around the corner and we know how important it is for guests to be comfortable. I work remotely and come up to the NY office frequently and by far, my 1st stay and not the last at the Broadway Plaza Hotel was wonderful even if it was for only 24 hours.  Staff who greeted me upon arrival and departure were very professional and sweet!  My room was great and I had the pleasure of two windows. Thank you for a lovely stay and I look forwarded to visiting again!  Happy Holidays!

The room was wonderful-clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.  We asked for more towels and a fan and immediately received them.  The comp breakfast was great. It was very nice to wake up and have bagels, danish, muffins, doughnuts, coffee and juice at any time in the morning.  Our bell man was extremely nice and professional.  Our room had a great view of the Empire State Building and you are just minutes away from Penn Station and Macy's.  We had a great trip and would definately stay at your hotel again.  Thank you.

We enjoyed staying with you. Nice, big rooms. The continental breakfast and 24 hr. coffee/tea availability is very nice.  The staff at the Front Desk and doormen were most helpful in answering questions, getting us cabs etc.  It was a magical time of year to visit. Thank you.

This was my second time staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel and were yet again, very happy with the hotel.  The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly!  I would be very happy to stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel again should I take a trip to New York in the near future.  Kind regards.
