"What a brilliant hotel. The hotel has a great location in the Nomad/Flat Iron district which makes it easy access to both uptown and downtown, has lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and is also quiet at night. Most attractions are within walking distance but the subway station is only 2 minute walk away. I stayed on the 13th floor and had an amazing room with a balcony and a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. Every single member of staff from the General Manager, Concierge, receptionists, and cleaners was so friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to see each day, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough."

"I was visiting with my mother and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The room was large with a view of the Empire State Building. Housekeeping did a thorough job every day. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent with a subway station a block away. Over all, a wonderful time and a lovely hotel."

"Our first time at Broadway Plaza Hotel and I have to say it will not be our last. It will be the only place we stay when visiting the city. The staff was remarkable, with heavy rain, they offered us umbrellas and made sure all of our needs were met. They went a step further…. When we got home, our daughter realized she left her stuffed animal that she had since she was born (20 years ago). She has never slept a night without it. When I spoke to the manager/assistant manager, he pulled out all the stops. They found it at the laundry service!!! They made it a priority to get it back and then back to my daughter. They have my loyalty and thanks from here on out. If I could go back tomorrow and thank them in person, I would. THANK YOU! This is the place to stay."

"The large room is very comfortable for 4 people: quiet, comfortable bed/ pillows, clean and large bathroom. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Great location with lots of restaurants, within walkable distance to many hot spots, and a subway station less than a block"

"Lovely boutique hotel in a convenient location, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms — very good value for NYC. We always enjoy walking in the city and were pleasantly surprised to find we could walk to and from Penn Station, to Broadway and back for shows, and to several different subway lines. There are also many good restaurants and cafes nearby (don’t miss out on a Korean meal while in this neighborhood). We’ll definitely be back!"

"I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely recommend the hotel. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely area on a pedestrianised street which feels safe and has loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a subway station one block away and the trains servicing this station took us to all the main tourist areas without having to change trains. I booked a deluxe king-refurbished room. This was spotlessly clean and very big with loads of storage space. There are many tourist locations within walking distance such as the Flatiron Building, Empire State Building, and Times Square. If I'm back in New York I'll definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel with clean, spacious rooms at a great location. Everything you would need is at your disposal. Enough closet/storage space, a great shower, and an amazingly comfortable bed. The staff at the hotel was so friendly. We were always greeted with a smile when we left and returned and check-in and-out went smoothly. Honestly made us feel so welcome. "The Broadway Plaza Hotel is such a hidden gem, that I am almost hesitant to tell everyone about it. Less than a 20-minute walk from Grand Central, this was the perfect "home" for my friends and me this weekend. The room was quite spacious for NYC and very clean, but the best part about the stay was the staff. I have never encountered a more pleasant, helpful, and kind staff. This hotel will be our "go-to" place every time we visit NYC from now on."

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk and doormen were all fantastic, and friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a subway station one block away. The location is very safe. We got back after dark every night and had no issues walking to the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!"
