I just wanted to say that we had a great time in New York staying at the Broadway Plaza hotel during the US Open tennis tournament. It was very quiet at night. The continental breakfast was very good. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The reasonable rates for the room and parking added to a wonderful experience. It was our second stay there this year and we plan on staying there again when we visit New York the next time.
We had a great time at your hote. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the doormen. To us it went very well to find a doorman (Anthony) who spoke Spanish. The room and the bathroom were big and clean and the bed was comfortable. Thank you to all.
I have only good things to say about the hotel and your staff. The guys at the front door are all great, and give you 100% of their time. Our room was large and comfortable, which I wanted for a 5 night stay. AC worked fine and there was always hot water, and plenty of it. They even brought me a small fridge for the 5 days. Perfect service. The guys always had a smile on. We come to NY every few months since moving to Florida and I will definitely come back to the hotel.

When I decided to have a holiday in New York, I was confronted with a myriad of options for accommodations when looking at the internet. To be honest, the decision to stay at the Broadway Plaza was almost random. With several sites making various recommendations it is hard to decipher the truth from one individual's gripe about something.
The final decision was made on location, price and the photos on your website. The reservation system over the internet was easy. I would like to single out two of your doormen/bellmen, Anthony and Tony, who made my stay a great experience. They are a credit to your company and provide an excellent first impression. I will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone who is travelling from Australia to New York. Many thanks.
We have nothing but praises for the Broadway Plaza Hotel. The Front Desk receptionist handled our check-in very efficiently, and during the two days, we experienced courtesy from all the staff. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to all the hotspots in Time Square as well as to the shopping haven of 5th Avenue. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom too was big and clean. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend your hotel to my Malaysian friends who may be visiting NY. Thank you so much.

I was satisfied with my stay, the cleanliness, the room size and the rate was a value for NYC. The highlight would have to be your bellmen, the absolute nicest I met in NYC and I stayed also at the Sheraton Towers and W on this trip. The youngest, Angel even wished me luck on my business appointments! Mahalo.

We most definitely enjoyed our stay in New York. Since we were there for the Lady Gaga concert we wanted something that was close to Madison Square Garden and we couldn't have made a better choice than your hotel. We were able to walk to all of the places that we wanted to go. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. The room was perfect for the four of us.
