We absolutely LOVE our stay at the Broadway Plaza each and ever time!! We live close enough to drive to the city but now we choose to stay over each time at your hotel because of the staff, spaciousness, cleanliness and exquisite service. Thank you again, see you soon!
Well this is refreshing to be asked for feedback! The Broadway Plaza was recommended to me via a colleague and I'm so glad we took his advice. It suited our needs very well. We were able to walk to many places & others were just a short cab ride away. We found the suite was great in terms of size & cleanliness, & we even had a view of the top of the Empire State Bldg. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. They were very nice. I have already recommended the hotel to a colleague who will stay there the next trip to NY. Also to an actor friend of ours who says he will check it out as well. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much for asking.
We were very pleased with our recent stay at your hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and courteous. The special pricing was an extraordinary value as well. We would not hesitate to stay with you again. Thank you for a great experience.
You will definately see me again soon - I enjoyed my stay & must say that your staff is very attentive & friendly! I checked in on a VERY cold night & my room was quite cold. The next morning I mentioned it to a maid & she quickly contacted her housekeeping supervisor who had a portable heater sent up. I was happy & toasty after that & enjoyed the next 3 nights! KUDOS to your staff.
The room and the view were great! Service was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and friendly from housekeeping, maintenance, bellman, front desk. Everyone spoke and was friendly in the halls and on the elevator. Concierge was concerned about the rain and us taking a yellow cab to LGA and possible traffic delays on Thursday. He arranged a car service, took our bags out in the pouring rain, then took my wife and I out one at a time under his umbrella to the car and kept us dry. We will be back to stay at the Broadway plaza again.
Had a fantastic time in New York made all the better by our stay at the Broadway Plaza! All the staff were exceptional and contributed to a very relaxing stay but if we had to single out one then as employee of the week/month, we'd have to say it was Brien at the Front Desk. As soon as we arrived after a long flight, a delayed journey and a 2 hour + wait at immigration, we just wanted to get to bed! The check-in was welcoming and effortless and the room allocated had a fantastic view. We were amazed that he remembered (in detail) that my sister and cousin as well as my daughter, (on a separate occasion), had stayed with you previously. For the rest of our stay, he took a personal interest in our stay, not only asking about our daily activities, but responding to tour questions and metro advice. I should add your concierge was also very helpful making phone calls and booking our transport to the airport. Our hotel experience made for a great New York experience. Can't really offer suggestions for improvement. I think your real challenge is to maintain the high standards you've set. As an extended family we would certainly continue to recommend you. We were quite happy with our stay, and especially the wonderful view. We appreciated the comfy beds and nice clean room to come home to after a long day around the city, and the helpful and courteous concierge and staff. The location was convenient, with the subway station just down the street, and the recommendation for the 24-hour cafe around the corner worked very well for us. A very nice stay.
I am happy to come back to stay with you all whenever I am in town. The staff was wonderful, the room was the cleanest and was quiet and comfortable. Thank you so much!
Loved our stay, the staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were huge and very clean as was the bathroom, a rare find in New York City! Close to the subway, a quick walk to Macy's and Penn Station, which was great since we came up by train, no taxi's needed! Just a really fun place to stay and close to everything! Would return and would recommend!
Two friends and I were visiting NYC for a wedding. The hotels recommended by the bride were not able to accommodate 3 in a room with separate beds, and 2 rooms would have been quite expensive. Therefore, I was very pleased to be able to book a Junior Suite at The Broadway Plaza. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff, very helpful and pleasant. The location was walking distance to the Radisson, where many of the guests were staying, as well as close to Penn Station. I also appreciated the email prior to and after our stay. Thank you for your attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel. Happy Holidays!

Every day and every night I looked out the window, looking at the Empire State Building with different lights.... wonderful! The location of your hotel was perfect. Great central location with a lot of services.....perfect!!! I hope that soon we can come back to New York, and we will go to your hotel! Thanks for everything and regards to everybody.
I would like to compliment you on the running of the hotel. We found the hotel spotlessly clean at all times, excellant continental breakfast, and all staff members we came into contact with were very efficient and friendly. As someone who worked in Marriott Hotels for 20 years, I know what to expect from a good hotel and this hotel is good and an excellant value. So well done! My nephew came to join us for 1 night and he normally stays in top(ish)hotels when in NY, and he also was equally impressed. We found the location of the hotel excellant for Times Square and major events. Thank you once again for an excellant stay and we will cetainly recommend the hotel to anyone we know who are traveling to NY.
