Broadway Plaza

The staff was delightful. The hotel is remodeled and lovely. We had a large room with a view of the Empire State Building. I would stay here again. It was much nicer than most hotels at this price point.

We received warm friendly service from all of your staff whom we encountered and an extra special thanks to Anthony, the concierge, who went out of his way to help organize shows and tours for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We like the improved outside and the room was very comfortable. Your staff was very helpful in giving us directions and helping us find out where to eat, how to get to a show and where to park our rental car. Keep up the good work!

The reason we stayed at the Broadway Plaza Hotel was because our daughter recommended it. She and her husband and their two daughters stayed at the hotel two years ago and were really pleased with the service, the quality and space of the rooms, and the location. In fact, they stayed again at the hotel last night. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was my husband's first time in New York. The subways were easy to walk to and there was plenty to see within walking distance. The doormen were very helpful with directions. When we had to return to JFK, the car service that was recommended was excellent. We were very pleased with the hotel and I have already recommended it to friends.

I truly appreciate the courteous and friendly demeanor of all those employed at the hotel. From reserving, to checking in, to checking out, your staff was able to assist me friendly, efficiently, and quickly. This has been my second time booking at your hotel and I must acknowledge the fact that all of the staff members that were on duty during my stays were absolutely lovely. From the person answering my questions on the phone to the front desk clerk, all employees had very positive and happy attitudes which made all the difference.

I appreciate the friendly and accomodating service my boyfriend and I received during our stays and wanted to take the time to acknowledge it. I have stayed at many different hotels throughout the city and I was honestly impressed with the service your staff exemplified. They were all very attentive to all the impatient guests at the lobby and were able to assist everyone quickly and with a genuine smile.

I had a memorable time for the 6 nights I stayed at the Broadway Plaza hotel. I want to thank everyone personally for their kind attention. I felt as though I was at my home, away from home, and very safe. My experience in New York City was simply amazing.
